My story

I know what it's like to stand at the edge of a life you didn't quite recognize anymore, wondering what comes next and who you're becoming along the way.

Some of the biggest shifts in our lives don't come with a clear roadmap. They ask us to let go of what we thought life would look like, get honest about what isn't working, and find the courage to move forward before we have all the answers.

Through my own experiences with major life transitions, relationships, and starting over, I learned that confidence doesn't always come first. Sometimes, you have to take the next step before you feel confident enough to take it. You learn to listen to yourself again. To set boundaries. To make choices based on what feels true to you, rather than what is expected of you.

That's where becoming more grounded comes in.

For me, being grounded isn't about having everything figured out. It's about knowing yourself well enough to trust your own voice, staying connected to what matters, and feeling steady enough to move forward - even when the path ahead isn't completely clear.

That's why I coach.

I love creating space for people to slow down, get curious, reconnect with themselves, and uncover the answers that are already within them. Whether you're navigating a breakup or divorce, recovering from a difficult or narcissistic relationship, questioning your career, rebuilding your identity, or simply feeling ready for something different, you don't have to have the whole path mapped out.

You just have to be willing to take the next step.

Confidence isn’t built by having all the answers. It’s built by trusting yourself enough to take the next step.

My coaching philosophy

I believe you already have more answers within you than you might realize.

My role isn't to tell you what to do or give you a blueprint for your life. It's to create a space where you can slow down, get curious, and hear your own voice clearly.

Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and intentional action, we'll work together to untangle what's feeling overwhelming, reconnect with what matters to you, and turn insight into meaningful next steps.

Coaching is a partnership built on curiosity, honesty, accountability, and trust. My goal isn't to make life easier or predict what's around the corner. It's to help you become more grounded in yourself - so you can trust that you have what it takes to navigate whatever comes next.

You don’t need someone to tell you the way. You need space to find your own path.
