You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to get curious, reflect honestly, and take steps toward something different.
If you know something needs to change but aren't sure what comes next, that's a great place to begin.
-
That's okay. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
Sometimes the first step is simply creating space to understand what's not working, reconnect with what matters to you, and explore what you want next. Clarity often comes through the process.

Yes. Divorce, breakups, difficult relationships, and recovery from narcissistic or emotionally unhealthy relationships are areas I work with, alongside career and life transitions.
If you're rebuilding your sense of self after a relationship that left you questioning your judgment, needs, or boundaries, coaching can help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and create what's next.
-
Yes, within the scope of coaching. We can focus on moving forward, rebuilding self-trust, reconnecting with your identity, strengthening boundaries, understanding your needs, and making decisions from a place of clarity rather than self-doubt.
Coaching does not diagnose narcissism, treat trauma, or replace therapy. If you need deeper trauma processing or mental health treatment, I may recommend working with a qualified mental health professional.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help you gain clarity, build self-trust, and create meaningful change in your life.
Rather than giving you a blueprint or telling you what you should do, I create space for you to explore what's important to you, uncover your own insights, and turn those insights into intentional action.
Therapy and coaching can complement one another, but therapy generally focuses more on mental health, healing, and processing past experiences. Consulting typically involves an expert providing specific advice or solutions within their area of expertise. Coaching is different because you are the expert on your own life - I'm here to ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, support your growth, and help you move forward with intention.

Each session is shaped around what's most relevant to you that day. We'll create space to slow down, reflect, ask meaningful questions, identify what's getting in the way, and turn insights into practical next steps.
-
It's a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute conversation. We'll talk about what's going on in your life, what you're hoping to shift, what coaching with me looks like, and whether it feels like the right fit for you. There's no obligation to continue afterward.
-
Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, with no more than two weeks between sessions to help maintain momentum and continuity.
-
Yes. Virtual sessions are available wherever you are.
For LA-based clients, I also offer outdoor coaching sessions - whether that's a walk, a hike, or another outdoor setting that feels right. Some people find that moving and being outside helps them think more clearly and feel more comfortable opening up.
Your sessions can be a mix of virtual and outdoor coaching.

At the end of your 5-session experience, we'll reflect on your progress, what you've learned about yourself, and what you want to focus on next.
From there, you can choose what feels right - continuing with 1:1 coaching, moving into a different coaching rhythm, or taking what you've learned and moving forward on your own. There's no pressure to continue.
